A former student of ENA and Sciences Po Paris, Julien Anfruns has a distinguished career in the world of art and culture. Now a lawyer specializing in art market and museum issues, he previously managed the budget of the Ministry of Culture and then served as financial and legal director of the Louvre Museum. He went on to become director general of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and president of the International Blue Shield (UNESCO's "Blue Helmets of Heritage").

He was also a member of the Council of State, where he served as a judge in the 9th chamber of the litigation section specializing in tax law.

As a partner at Art et Finance, Julien now puts his experience at the service of art lovers, providing them with the best possible support for their collection projects. He is also a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters.

Jean-François FLITI

Jean-François Fliti is a recognized specialist in wealth taxation.

Tax specialist, graduate in law from Paris 2 Assas University, then holder of a postgraduate degree in taxation from Paris 9 Dauphine University, he worked as a tax specialist in the finance department of the Areva Group and then in the tax engineering department of Banque Transatlantique before moving into private banking (Banque Indosuez) and finally creating the multi-family office Allure Finance, dedicated to entrepreneurs and senior executives.

An art enthusiast, Jean-François Fliti decided to create Art & Finance with his partners in order to meet the diverse needs of seasoned collectors and amateurs wishing to become more involved in art.

After studying economics and transportation, Jean-Luc Haddad acquired the Grospiron company in 1990, which he would go on to expand internationally.

It will develop its activities by acquiring and creating various companies, initially in connection with international mobility.

An art lover, he founded Grospiron Fine Art, a company specializing in the transport and handling of works of art. It was only natural that he would join forces with friends who shared his passion for art to create the Family Office Art et Finance.

Rebecca JACQUIN

Rebecca Jacquin is a partner at the law firm Jacquin & Associés in Paris.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she is also a mediator and English/Spanish lawyer-linguist. Rebecca Jacquin specializes in family law, inheritance, personal, professional, and artistic asset optimization, and private international law.Rebecca Jacquin holds a Master's degree in International Law from Paris I University, an LLM in International Public and Private Law from Oxford Brookes University, a Professional Master's degree in Legal Linguistics from the University of Poitiers, a Professional Master's degree in Notarial Law from Paris I University, and a Higher Diploma in Notarial Law.

Passionate about art and committed to listening to her artist and collector clients, Rebecca Jacquin decided to complete her education with an Executive Master's degree in Private Art Asset Management from Paris Dauphine University and founded Art & Finance with her partners.
